The Coastal Pregnancy Care Center provides confidential services including free pregnancy tests, abortion education, post abortion care, information on STDs, education on life responsibility skills & community resources.  Located in Morehead City, we serve several counties in North Carolina including Carteret, Onslow, and Craven counties.
